Minimum rental is 3 nights. We occasionally require longer minimum rentals, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, etc. Rate: $200 per night ($225 per night starting 1/1/2024) $1330 per week ($1500 per week starting 1/1/2024) There is a $65 cleaning fee for all rentals. ($75 cleaning fee starting 1/1/2024) There is a $50 fee for each pet. Based on occupancy by two persons. The only bed is the king size bed in the master bedroom. Additional guests such as small children could sleep on the living room sofa (which is not a pull-out sofabed), but the cabin is ideally designed for two.
