Minimum rental is 3 nights on weekends, 2 nights during the week. We occasionally require longer minimum rentals, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, etc. For stays of 3 or more nights: $175 per night $1150 per week For a 2 night stay the rate is $225 per night. There is a $60 cleaning fee for all rentals. There is a $50 fee for each pet. Based on occupancy by two persons. The only bed is the king size bed in the master bedroom. Additional guests such as small children could sleep on the living room sofa (which is not a pull-out sofabed), but the cabin is ideally designed for two.
